Amends Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code to add a new exemption (cc) from sales taxation for Central Mississippi Prevention Services, Inc.

Exempts sales of tangible personal property and services to Central Mississippi Prevention Services, Inc. from state sales tax.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.

Does not affect any tax claims, assessments, appeals, or suits for taxes accrued before the effective date.
