Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Center Hill High School upon payment of standard vehicle taxes and fees plus an additional $30 fee.

Tax collectors retain $2 of each $30 fee for the county general fund; remaining fees distributed monthly to the Department of Revenue and State Treasurer.

From each $30 fee collected: $24 goes to Center Hill High School general fund, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5 percent for the county general fund and remainder distributed like regular tag fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2010, with tags valid for the same registration period as regular license tags and requiring surrender of previous regular tags.
