Amends Section 9-11-15 of Mississippi Code to require justice courts to designate specific days each month as traffic court day with priority given to traffic violation cases.

In counties with population less than 150,000, justice courts must designate at least one-half day per month for traffic court.

In counties with population of 150,000 or more, justice courts must designate at least one full day per month for traffic court, which may be divided into half-day morning and afternoon sessions at the court's discretion.

Justice courts must notify all appropriate law enforcement agencies of the designated traffic court dates.

The act takes effect July 1, 2010.
