Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-41-11 to make animal fighting (except dogs) a felony with penalties of $1,000-$5,000 fine and up to 3 years imprisonment for organizing fights, and $500-$5,000 fine and up to 1 year imprisonment for spectators.

Makes possession or sale of devices intended to enhance an animal's fighting ability or inflict injury a misdemeanor punishable by up to $500 fine and 6 months imprisonment.

Authorizes law enforcement to seize animals and equipment used in animal fighting violations, with seized animals held by veterinarians or animal welfare agencies until case resolution.

Brings forward Section 97-41-18 prohibiting dog-hog fighting events ("catches") with penalties up to $1,000 fine and 6 months imprisonment, with exemptions for hunting and herding events; this section expires July 1, 2012.

Brings forward Section 97-41-19 establishing felony penalties for dog fighting: $1,000-$5,000 fine and 1-3 years imprisonment for organizers, with similar provisions for seizure and humane disposition of seized animals.
