Amends Section 25-7-61 of Mississippi Code to revise juror compensation in state courts.

Sets minimum juror fees at $50.00 per day for grand and petit jurors in chancery, county, circuit and special eminent domain courts, plus authorized mileage.

Allows jurors to donate their compensation to the county for specific purposes including public libraries, law enforcement, the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, or other governmental agencies.

Establishes a Lengthy Trial Fund administered by the Administrative Office of Courts to provide wage replacement or supplementation up to $300.00 per day for jurors serving more than 10 days in civil cases, with possible additional payments up to $100.00 per day for days 4-10 if service causes significant financial hardship.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
