Increases minimum fine for first-time DUI offenders from $250 to $600 if blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is .15% or higher.

Increases minimum fine for second-time DUI offenders from $600 to $1,000 if BAC is .15% or higher, with fines not to exceed $1,500.

Increases minimum fine for third or subsequent DUI offenses from $2,000 to $3,000 if BAC is .15% or higher, with maximum fines reaching $5,000.

Eliminates hardship driving privilege reductions for any offender with BAC of .15% or higher, regardless of offense number.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
