Amends Section 19-3-42 of Mississippi Code to authorize county boards of supervisors to repair and maintain driveways or roads of poultry farms within the county.

Adds poultry farm driveways and roads to existing authorization for county boards to repair and maintain driveways and parking lots of nonprofit drug rehabilitation organizations and private nonprofit cemeteries.

Maintains existing restriction that county boards cannot repair or maintain driveways or roads located more than 150 feet from the center of any county highway, road, or street.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
