Amends Mississippi Code Section 23-15-541 to require voters to provide identification before casting a ballot at any election.

Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Mississippi driver's license, Department of Public Safety identification card, voter registration card, Medicaid or Medicare card, health insurance card, tax receipt, or other identification card, or verification through pollbook comparison or precinct vouching.

Requires poll managers to identify voters in the presence of bystanders before the voter signs the receipt book and receives a ballot.

Extends the identification verification requirement to voters casting ballots curbside due to physical disability.

Directs the Mississippi Attorney General to submit the act to the U.S. Attorney General or U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for review under the Voting Rights Act of 1965, with the act taking effect upon approval under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.
