Requires all health insurance policies and contracts issued on or after July 1, 2010, to provide coverage for the policyholder's children under age 30 who are veterans of any branch of the Armed Forces, National Guard, or Reserve Forces, provided they reside with the policyholder.

Amends Section 25-15-13 to make veteran children under age 30 eligible dependents under the state employee health plan on the same basis as other dependent children.

Amends Section 83-9-3 to explicitly allow accident and sickness insurance policies to cover veteran children under age 30 who reside with the policyholder as eligible family members.

Applies to individual and group health insurance policies, nonprofit service contracts, health maintenance organization contracts, self-insured group arrangements, and all managed health care delivery entities.
