Amends Mississippi Code Section 75-2-315.1 to remove exceptions that previously allowed exclusions or modifications of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for motor vehicles.

Makes unenforceable any oral or written language by sellers of consumer goods that attempts to exclude or modify implied warranties or consumer remedies for breach of those warranties.

Makes unenforceable any oral or written language by manufacturers that attempts to limit or modify a consumer's remedies for breach of express warranties.

Maintains an exception allowing express disclaimers and modifications of implied warranties only for computer hardware, software, and related services sold between merchants.

Effective July 1, 2010.
