Amends Section 15-1-43 to extend the statute of limitations for actions on domestic judgments or decrees from 7 years to 7 years after the last renewal of judgment, whichever is later.

Allows judgment creditors to renew judgments by filing a Notice of Renewal of Judgment with the court clerk, which must include the original judgment date, case number, parties, current judgment holder, and current amount owed.

Requires judgment creditors to file an affidavit with the clerk listing the judgment debtor's and creditor's names and last known addresses at the time of renewal filing.

Mandates the clerk mail notice of renewal to the judgment debtor at the provided address and allows judgment creditors to mail additional notice and file proof of mailing.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
