Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-3-19 to add a new category of capital murder for murders resulting in the death of more than one victim when connected as parts of a common scheme or plan.

Adds subsection (2)(i) to define multiple murders connected by a common scheme or plan as capital murder offenses.

Takes effect upon passage.
