Expands the definition of "vulnerable adult" in the Vulnerable Adults Act to include minors age 10 and younger who cannot perform normal daily living activities or provide for their own care or protection.

Doubles penalties for persons convicted of sexual abuse, exploitation, abuse, and battery crimes against vulnerable adult minors age 10 and younger under the Vulnerable Adults Act.

Doubles penalties for simple and aggravated assault committed against vulnerable adult minors age 10 and younger under Section 97-3-7.

Doubles penalties for failure to report abuse, neglect, or exploitation of minor children under mandatory reporting requirements in Section 43-47-37.

Effective upon passage.
