Allows regular Medicaid eligibility redetermination to be conducted by mail in addition to in-person methods.

Requires the Division of Medicaid to station eligibility workers at regional offices, federally qualified health centers, disproportionate share hospitals, and other appropriate sites.

Mandates that Division of Medicaid staff be available during regular office hours at outstationed locations to accept Medicaid applications and assist applicants with the application process.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
