Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents identifying them as supporters of Southaven High School, with design and color prescribed by the Department of Revenue in consultation with the school's principal.

Requires payment of an additional annual fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, due at initial application and upon each renewal registration, in addition to all other taxes and fees.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to Southaven High School general fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

County tax collectors retain $2.00 from each application fee and deposit it into the county general fund; replacement tags cost $10.00 with 5% retained by the tax collector.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
