Commissioner of Insurance shall produce an annual report evaluating performance of insurance companies offering homeowners personal lines residential insurance property coverage in Mississippi

Report shall be made available to all Mississippi residents through Internet access or paper copies upon request

Report shall include the number of insurance claims paid, total dollar amount of claims paid, number of claims denied, total dollar amount of claims denied, and number of claims filed for each insurance company

Coverage types included in evaluation are homeowners insurance, renters/tenants insurance, and mobile home/manufactured housing property coverage

Effective date is July 1, 2010
