Authorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the DeSoto Central High School Band Boosters in Mississippi, with design prescribed by the Department of Revenue and the school's Principal.

Imposes an additional fee of $30.00 annually for each distinctive tag, due at initial application and upon annual renewal, in addition to all other taxes and registration fees.

Distributes the $30.00 fee as follows: $24.00 to DeSoto Central High School Band Boosters, $2.00 to county general fund (retained by tax collector), $2.00 to State Highway Fund, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Establishes a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen distinctive tags, with 5% retained by the tax collector for the county general fund and the remainder distributed like regular tag fees.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
