Mississippi Transportation Commission shall donate approximately 3.464 acres of real property in Attala County to the City of Sallis, with legal descriptions for two parcels (Parcel #1: 1.332 acres; Parcel #2: 2.132 acres).

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights in the donated property.

Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to grant an easement to Eastbrooke II Condominium Association on two state-owned tracts in Jackson, Hinds County for beautification, fencing, and utility maintenance purposes.

Easement to Eastbrooke II Condominium Association is revoked if the grantee sells or conveys its interest in the property, and the state retains rights to use the property for any future purpose in the state's best interest.

Act takes effect upon passage.
