Adds new subsection (9) to Section 49-4-4 of the Mississippi Code authorizing the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to enter into reciprocal agreements with adjacent states regarding fishing privileges for seniors.

Allows citizens age 65 or older from states with reciprocal agreements to fish in Mississippi under the same privileges available to Mississippi seniors in those states.

Requires reciprocal agreements to be mutual, where citizens from both states receive equal fishing rights under each state's respective statutes or regulations.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
