Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Horn Lake High School, effective July 1, 2010

Requires an additional $30 annual fee for the distinctive tag, paid on top of standard road, bridge, ad valorem taxes, and registration fees

Distributes the $30 fee as follows: $24 to Horn Lake High School's general fund, $2 retained by county tax collector, $2 to State Highway Fund, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive plates cost $10, with 5% retained by the county tax collector

Tag design will be determined by the Department of Revenue with input from the Principal of Horn Lake High School
