Authorizes Mississippi motor vehicle owners to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Hernando High School upon payment of a $30.00 additional annual fee.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 per tag for the county general fund, with remaining fees distributed as follows: $24.00 to Hernando High School general fund, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires applications through county tax collectors on Department of Revenue forms, with fees due at initial application and annually upon renewal registration.

Replacement tags cost $10.00, with tax collectors retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed like regular tag fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
