Amends Mississippi Code Section 71-5-513 to allow unemployment compensation benefits for individuals who voluntarily leave work to relocate due to their military-connected spouse's permanent change of station orders, activation orders, or unit deployment orders.

Individuals relocating for military spouse orders are not disqualified from benefits under the provision that normally disqualifies workers for voluntarily leaving employment without good cause.

Effective for benefit years beginning July 1, 2010 and thereafter.
