Amends Mississippi Code sections 91-7-291, 91-7-295, and 91-7-297 to allow waiver of final estate accounting if all heirs, devisees, or legatees are at least 21 years old and all persons involved agree.

Permits executors or administrators to skip the formal final accounting process and court approval when conditions for waiver are met.

Maintains existing requirements for final accounting, including presentation under oath, statement of assets and disbursements, and legal vouchers, unless waived.

Takes effect upon passage.
