Amends Section 37-13-85 of Mississippi Code to change the deadline for the Office of Compulsory School Attendance Enforcement to submit its annual report to the last day of January following the preceding school year (previously had a different deadline).

The annual report must include figures on school attendance violations, dropout rate changes, attendance-related problems with proposed solutions, and other information required by the State Department of Education.

Report is submitted to the State Board of Education and the Education Committees of both the Senate and House of Representatives.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
