Amends Section 43-13-117 of Mississippi Code to add breast prosthesis and bra coverage as a reimbursable Medicaid service for eligible women who have undergone mastectomy or related breast reconstruction procedures for breast cancer treatment.

Division of Medicaid shall develop a payment schedule to determine reimbursement rates for the breast prosthesis and bra services.

Effective date of July 1, 2010, contingent on the hospital assessment provided in 2009 amendments to Section 43-13-145 becoming and remaining effective.

If the hospital assessment does not take effect or ceases to be imposed, the provisions of Section 43-13-117 shall revert to the version that existed on June 30, 2009.
