Reauthorizes the issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to supporters of the Mississippi SIDS Alliance beginning July 1, 2010, for residents who register vehicles in Mississippi.

Sets an additional annual fee of $30.00 per distinctive tag, with $2.00 retained by county tax collectors for the county general fund and the remaining $28.00 distributed as follows: $24.00 to the Mississippi SIDS Alliance, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires the Mississippi SIDS Alliance to satisfy provisions of Section 27-19-44(2) before July 1, 2013, in order for the distinctive license tags to continue being issued.

Amends Section 27-19-44 to exempt Section 27-19-56.141 (SIDS Alliance tags) from the requirement that at least 300 tags must be pre-purchased before the Department of Revenue can prepare or issue them.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
