Amends Section 97-21-57 of Mississippi Code to clarify penalties for selling goods bearing forged or counterfeit stamps or labels.

Establishes felony charge with imprisonment up to 5 years and fines up to $10,000 when counterfeit goods have aggregate retail value of $1,000 or more.

Establishes misdemeanor charge with imprisonment up to 1 year and fines up to $5,000 when counterfeit goods have aggregate retail value less than $1,000.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
