Amends Section 73-1-25 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 regarding the Board of Architecture's enforcement powers.

Clarifies that when the board obtains a court decree enjoining violations of architecture practice laws, the court shall award all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, to the board.

Maintains existing penalties for unlicensed architecture practice of up to $1,000 fine and/or 90 days imprisonment, and contempt fines of at least $250 per day for decree violations.

Specifies that enforcement proceedings are in addition to other remedies and penalties provided in the architecture licensing chapter.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
