Authorizes marshals and constables to receive the $35 uniform civil case fee regardless of whether service of process is successful, provided they conducted a diligent search and inquiry

Allows the $5 fee for serving each additional defendant to be paid even when service is unsuccessful after diligent search and inquiry

Establishes a $15 additional fee for each subsequent attempt at service of process when initial service was unsuccessful, payable regardless of whether later attempts succeed

Permits a $15 fee when a defendant must be served in a different county than where the suit was filed, regardless of whether that service is ultimately successful

Effective date of July 1, 2010
