Department of Finance and Administration authorized to sell the "Carrier Lodge" property at Mississippi University for Women located in Columbus, Lowndes County, with detailed legal descriptions of multiple parcels.

Sale price of the Carrier Lodge property must meet or exceed fair market value as determined by averaging at least two qualified appraisals selected by the Department of Finance and Administration.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the property being sold.

Proceeds from the Carrier Lodge sale shall be deposited into a special fund in the State Treasury and expended only for the benefit of Mississippi University for Women.

University of Southern Mississippi authorized to purchase, rehabilitate, reconstruct, and sell foreclosed properties in the Jackson metropolitan area under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Subgrant, with authority expiring upon completion of all property sales under the subgrant.
