Commends and congratulates Bryce Morgan Shands of Bay St. Louis and the Pine Burr Area Boy Scouts of America for receiving the Eagle Scout Award on March 28, 2010.

Recognizes Shands' extensive community service including participation in the St. Stanislaus Food Drive, Clothing Drive, Haitian Relief Team, Uganda Relief Team, and various statewide and local political campaigns.

Acknowledges Shands' multiple achievements at St. Stanislaus College including five-time Varsity Letterman, participation in Drama Club, Show Choir, Mock Trial Team, and recognition as Outstanding Representative and Committee Chair at Youth Legislature.

Notes Shands' acceptance to the University of Southern Mississippi, University of Mississippi, and University of New Orleans, and his service as a legislative page to the Mississippi House and Senate.
