Suspends Joint Rules deadlines and provisions of Joint Rule No. 40 to allow drafting, introduction, consideration and passage of a comprehensive bill amending workforce and employment security statutes.

Authorizes amendments to the Mississippi Comprehensive Workforce Training and Education Consolidation Act of 2004 (Sections 37-153-1 through 37-153-13).

Authorizes amendments to Mississippi Employment Security Law sections relating to the Employment Security Commission, Department of Employment Security, unemployment compensation funds, and weekly benefit calculations.

Authorizes amendments to TANF implementation provisions, child support services, newly hired employee reporting requirements, and economic incentive programs under the Mississippi Advantage Jobs Act, Major Economic Impact Act, and Growth and Prosperity Act.

Authorizes amendments to sections requiring the Department of Employment Security to report to the Legislature on workforce investment activities and establishing the repealer date for related statutes.
