Commends Evan Littleton Turnage, a Murrah High School 2010 valedictorian with a 4.6 grade point average and National Achievement Finalist, for his outstanding academic and social achievements.

Recognizes his academic accomplishments including a 34 ACT score, 2140 SAT score, admission to Harvard University, Yale University, Morehouse College, and Howard University, and over 15 certificates of award for highest grades in individual courses.

Acknowledges his competitive achievements including first place in the History Day Competition Quiz Bowl at the University of Mississippi, top 1% placement in math at Mississippi College Math and Science Competition, and College Scholastic Board Award.

Highlights his leadership positions as President of the Mu Alpha Theta Math Club and Copy Editor of the Yearbook, plus prior roles including Ambassador to Mississippi Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Seminar.
