Urges the State of Louisiana to provide reciprocity for Mississippi citizens holding valid concealed carry gun permits.

Notes that Mississippi enacted Section 45-9-101 in 1991 establishing a thorough licensing process for concealed weapons permits and already provides reciprocity for permits issued in other states.

States that Louisiana can establish reciprocity with Mississippi by contacting the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.

Directs that copies of the resolution be sent to the Louisiana Governor, Louisiana Senate President, Louisiana House Speaker, and Capitol Press Corps.
