Urges Congress to defeat the Employee Free Choice Act, which would allow labor organizations to represent employees without secret ballot elections.

Opposes replacing government-supervised secret ballot elections with union card solicitation as the method for determining union representation.

Expresses concern that card collection could result in employee misrepresentation, coercion, intimidation, and signature falsification without effective oversight.

Opposes provisions allowing government arbitrators to impose union contracts with membership and dues-deduction clauses on employers and employees who oppose them.

Directs the resolution be sent to Mississippi's Congressional Delegation and congressional leadership including the Senate Majority and Minority Leaders and House Speaker and Minority Leader.
