Commends and congratulates Kayla Stricker, a 15-year-old tenth grader from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, for being selected as the 2009 State Games of Mississippi AT&T Female Athlete of the Year.

Recognizes Stricker's accomplishments at the 2009 Games, including gold medals in Cross Country (17:20), a 5K Run (21:03), and Powerlifting (415 pounds total lift).

Notes her competitive running history since age five, including State Championship qualification three years in high school and personal records in the 1600 meter (5:32), two-mile (12:20), and 800 meter (2:31.58) events.

Acknowledges her participation in multiple sports including high school cross country, track, soccer, powerlifting, and martial arts (black belt), while maintaining a B average in school.
