Recognizes and commends the 210th Financial Management Company and 220th Financial Management Detachment of the Mississippi Army National Guard for their service, bravery, and dedication upon deployment on April 3, 2010, for their third tour of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

The 210th Financial Management Company was originally organized as the 210th Finance Disbursing Section on April 1, 1964, and has served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm (1990-1991) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2003), and is currently commanded by Major Anthony Morgan.

The 220th Financial Management Detachment consists of 27 members who are listed by name and rank, and has previously been deployed to Bosnia (2002-2003) and in support of Operation Noble Eagle (2004-2006).

Acknowledges that since September 11, 2001, thousands of Mississippi National Guard soldiers and airmen have been called to active service, representing the largest overseas deployment since the Korean War.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to commanding officers of the units, the Adjutant General of the Mississippi National Guard, and the Capitol Press Corps.
