Commends and congratulates the Sacred Heart Catholic High School Mock Trial Team for winning back-to-back Mississippi State Mock Trial State Championships in 2008-2009 and 2009-2010.

Notes the team, known as "The Sisters of No Mercy," qualified to represent Mississippi at the National Mock Trial Championships in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in May 2010.

Recognizes the team's eight members (Ashli Fitzpatrick, Ann Marie Mercier, Elizabeth Rust, Lindsay Thomas, Mary Beth Wolverton, Megan Fink, Briana Fennell, and Casey Phillips) and coaches Paul VanZandt, Don Hinton, David Miller, and Austin Stewart for their dedication and preparation.

Acknowledges that mock trial provides students with valuable opportunities to develop public speaking, logic, teamwork, and appreciation for the law.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Sacred Heart Catholic High School and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
