Commends the Yazoo-Mississippi Delta Levee Board for providing in-kind services and constructing ponds for the North Mississippi Fish Hatchery at Enid Dam and Ross Barnett Reservoir.

Recognizes the Board's 126-year commitment to its mission of protecting persons and property in the Yazoo-Mississippi Delta Levee District from Mississippi River flooding.

Notes the Board's service area comprises all or part of ten counties: Coahoma, DeSoto, Holmes, Humphreys, Leflore, Quitman, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tunica, and Yazoo.

Acknowledges the Board's support for the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks in conserving the state's natural resources and wildlife.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to the Yazoo-Mississippi Delta Levee Board and the Capitol Press Corps.
