Commends the life and legacy of Mrs. Mary Ann Williams Nave, who was born November 2, 1915, and passed away April 20, 2010.

Recognizes her lifelong service to First Running Water Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as Sunday School Teacher, Missionary Society President, choir member, and Mother Board member starting in 1930.

Honors her 72-year marriage to Matthew Nave, Sr., beginning January 30, 1938, and their eight children together.

Expresses deepest sympathy to her surviving husband Matthew and seven children: Matthew, Johnie, Mollie, Juanita, DeBerne, William, and Chalfin.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to the Nave family and Capitol Press Corps.
