Commends Dr. Claudia A. Limbert for her service as the 13th President of Mississippi University for Women from July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2010.

Recognizes her leadership during the university's recovery from a tornado that struck the campus in November 2002, shortly after she assumed office.

Acknowledges her accomplishments including supervision of a $45 million campus master plan that resulted in the $13.5 million Pohl-Stark Recreation Complex (2007) and $6 million Art and Design Building renovation (2009).

Notes her professional achievements including membership on the Southern Association of Schools Commission on Colleges and service as Mississippi representative to the American Association of State Colleges and Universities.

Extends congratulations and best wishes as Dr. Limbert retires to focus on her family and writing career.
