Commends Steven Wiley Jennings of Boy Scouts of America Troop 55 in Amory, Mississippi for receiving the Eagle Scout Award on February 8, 2010.

Recognizes Jennings' achievement of earning 21 merit badges, holding the position of Senior Patrol Leader, and completing requirements in leadership, first aid, outdoor skills, physical fitness, citizenship and environmental training.

Notes Jennings' Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project involved installing informational signs at McAlpine Lake in Amory to inform the public that the lake is reserved for youth fishing.

Acknowledges that Jennings' award board of review was held exactly 100 years after W.D. Boyce incorporated the Boy Scouts of America and that Jennings is a senior at Amory High School.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Jennings and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
