Commends Noah Robertson, an eighth grade student at Iuka Middle School, for receiving the 2010 Prudential Spirit of Community Award as Mississippi's top middle level youth volunteer

Recognizes Robertson's anti-bullying campaign that included a school-wide rally, informational brochure, performance skits, audio/video slideshow, a "no-bullying" contract, and anonymous reporting drop-boxes

Notes that Robertson's campaign was motivated by witnessing bullying directed at his autistic best friend and other students, and that it has inspired other schools in the district to adopt similar initiatives

Acknowledges that the Prudential Spirit of Community Award, presented in partnership with the National Association of Secondary School Principals, honors young volunteers demonstrating extraordinary commitment to community service

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Noah Robertson and members of the Capitol Press Corps
