Addresses concerns that health insurer policies intrude on clinical decision-making and harm patient outcomes, particularly affecting African Americans who experience disproportionately high cardiovascular disease rates

Directs the House to disseminate information about the code to health care providers and consumers, and to examine access to quality health care for African Americans in Mississippi
