Commends the Raymond High School Lady Rangers Girls Basketball Team for winning the MHSAA Grand Slam Championship on March 13, 2010, defeating Horn Lake High School 68-56 at the Mississippi Coliseum

Recognizes the team's achievement of winning their second consecutive MHSAA Class 4A State Championship on March 5, 2010, with a 64-58 victory over New Albany High School, finishing the season 33-1

Honors Head Coach Shay Jackson and Assistant Coach Tammi West for their leadership of the team

Acknowledges key players including Janairrika Bland (Southern Miss signee, 22 points in championship game), Valencia McFarland (Ole Miss signee, 2010 Mississippi Gatorade Player of the Year), and Kyesha Clark (All-District performer, 15 points)

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Head Coach Jackson, Assistant Coach West, Raymond High School, and members of the Capitol Press Corps
