Commends and congratulates Kelsey Ann Jackson of Brookhaven, Mississippi, for developing and promoting the "Mean Girls Aren't Cool" anti-bullying campaign.

Recognizes that Jackson created a video presentation and informative speech to help youth stand up against bullying and understand its warning signs.

Notes Jackson's active mentorship role with Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Brookhaven and Lincoln County, where she launched her anti-bullying initiative.

Acknowledges Jackson's goal to present her program throughout Mississippi schools following her early high school graduation.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Jackson and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
