Commends and congratulates Bryce Morgan Shands of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, for receiving the Eagle Scout Award from the Pine Burr Area Council on March 28, 2010.

Recognizes Shands' community service including participation in food and clothing drives, Vacation Bible School, Haitian and Uganda relief teams, and various political campaigns.

Acknowledges Shands' extensive involvement at St. Stanislaus College including sports participation, drama club, show choir, mock trial team, and service as an outstanding representative and committee chair at Youth Legislature.
