Commends the life and legacy of Tiffany Martin McLain, who passed away on February 16, 2010, at age 39.

Recognizes her educational achievements including graduation from Clinton High School and a master's degree in counseling from Mississippi State University.

Honors her career as a licensed professional counselor, including three years as Madison County Youth Drug Court Coordinator and her work establishing Leake County's youth drug court program in August 2009.

Acknowledges her service on the board of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence of the Central Mississippi Area and her commitment to helping troubled youth.

Expresses deepest sympathy to her surviving family members: husband Bill McLain, sisters Shelly Gilbrech and Margaret Olander, parents T. and Carolyn Martin, and grandmother Wanna W. Seay.
