Recognizes Clinton High School's Attaché Show Choir for achieving a national record of 22 consecutive Grand Championships under directors David and Mary Fehr since 1992.

Commends the choir for winning Grand Champion honors in every competition during the 2009-2010 season, including victories at the Crystal Classic in Ohio, South Central Classic in Alabama, and Mississippi Show Choir Contest.

Notes that Attaché has won 53 of 61 competitions entered over 18 years and has never been defeated by another Mississippi school in its 30 years of existence.
