Authorizes Mississippi residents who are World War II veterans to obtain one distinctive motor vehicle license tag annually, in addition to existing tags for prisoners of war and Congressional Medal of Honor recipients.

Exempts vehicles owned by World War II veterans from all motor vehicle registration fees, privilege taxes, and ad valorem taxation.

Permits unmarried surviving spouses of deceased World War II veterans who received the distinctive tag to apply for or retain the tag and annually renew registration for one vehicle, provided they file a sworn statement of unmarried status.

Requires the Department of Revenue to furnish distinctive license plates to county tax collectors and establishes penalties of $1,000 minimum fine or six months county jail imprisonment for violations.

Effective July 1, 2010.
